How many of you are caught up in that feeling on "I don't have enough time!!!"?
It can feel like the walls are closing in can't it?
It can feel tense in the body?
Like there's no space?
Like there's no time to do all you want to do?
What if I said to you that this is simply a trap of the mind? That there is all the time you need to do what you really want to do, and enjoy it!
Our thoughts create our reality. If you think about anything you've ever achieved it's all started with a thought.
So if you are focusing on there is not enough time, there won't be. Just as if you focus on there's not enough money, there won't be. There are not enough men, women, opportunities, fun.....and so on.
When you start to tell yourself there is not enough of something you shut down possibility, the walls start to close in.
How about instead asking:
How can I make the time to do what I really want?
What is my priority?
What can I cut out of my daily routine to free up some time?
Take 10 long slow deep breaths with your eyes closed. Feel the space you create in the body on the inhale and let go on the exhale. Then another 10 breaths but this time focusing on breathing into the brain, creating space and letting go.
Notice how this makes you feel.
Notice where you procrastinate and prioritise instead. Make the time for what is really important to you.
I trick I have learnt to make myself feel like I have plenty of time is to buy a page a day A4 diary....it really does help you to feel like there is enough time in the day to do all you really need to do.
Be aware of the "not enough" trap.....and always remember:
You are enough
You have enough
You do enough
