How Louise pioneered CreateYourself...

"For well over a decade I have been helping people connect with their authentic selves, with what they really love and value, to create their lives from there - through Yoga, Coaching, Reiki and Image Consultancy. Before this I was working in lifestyle management, living in London, in an unhappy long term relationship – whilst partying like it was 1969! Some of it was fun but then I realised if I was honest with myself I was bored and unsatisfied. It was time to find out what would really light me up.

I started on a journey of my own in 2004 to uncover what I really loved to do so I could set up a business that felt like fun, and help people. It lead me to becoming a personal image consultant, as back then in my twenties I loved to shop! This lead me to wanting to go deeper to help people truly accept themselves, my a career as a life coach was born from which my path to Yoga appeared. Along the way the relationship ended, I spent months in India, I moved to Brighton, set up my business by the sea and got married. Here is a little of what I have been up to over the past 14 years….."

I genuinely do understand when clients say they’re looking for a change, but don’t know what it is yet or how to achieve it.

Because I’ve been there, done that, and thankfully was lucky enough to walk away. I no longer live just for the weekends.
