I host and teach on Adventure Yogi retreats around the UK & Europe each year. Each venue is unique, it's very hard which to say I prefer as they are all wonderful! 

On each retreat your day begins with a silent walk outside before your 2 hour hatha flow yoga practice, which includes pranayama and meditation. After which you are served a delicious breakfast. Then depending on the retreat you book there maybe a workshop, a walk in the countryside, time for massage and always time to just relax (plus lunch of course!).

In the evenings before dinner I teach a slow Yin practice with Yoga Nidra. The food throughout the weekend is all vegetarian and always delicious!

Coming Home To Yourself

Date: 29th November - 12th December 2020

Location: Palm Tree Yoga, Kerala, India.


In 2018 I ran a retreat at the beautiful Palm Tree Yoga Centre near Kovalam, Kerala. It was such a magical week I have booked it again for 2020.

You can expect Slow Hatha Flow in the mornings along with meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises) then Yin to cool down and relax in the evenings. The Yoga Shala looks out over the beach and as the sun goes down you can hear the sounds of chants from near by temples, it’s just stunning.

There are day trips to local backwaters, the nearby city of Trivandrum and down to the southern most tip of India Kanyakumari. From the small beach in front of our hotel you can walk along the headland to neighbouring beaches and the busier town of Kovalam for some shopping and eating. You will have days off to explore further if you wish.

Rough Schedule Outline

  • 7am Optional morning pranayama and meditation session

  • 7.30-9am Morning flow yoga

  • Followed by healthy vegetarian breakfast buffet

  • Day time to relax, swim, visit local places, have a massage.

  • I am also a life coach so I will offer occasional optional talks and life coaching type exercises to do through the day, along with diary writing. It will also be possible to book 1-1s with me.

  • 5.30pm - 7pm Evening yin yoga and yoga nidra

  • Followed by vegetarian dinner
