The end of February was London Fashion Week where I investigated new ranges and labels to look out for. Some of the ones to really stand out were Gabby Harris, beautifully soft cashmere, 60’s inspired, dresses in lots of pretty colours, Delforte Denim, funky 70’s inspired 100% organic cotton denim from Delforte in San Francisco, Evie Belle, Emma Chapman Jewellery and Raquel Moreno’s Paradise collection of jewellery.


I also worked at Fashion Weekend which is the huge sample sale at the end of Fashion Week. If you haven’t been yet I strongly advise you to!!! It’s at the end of every London Fashion Week in February and September (surprisingly enough) Amazing designer bargains to be had, I challenge you to leave with out buying anything!!!

In contrast to all the Fashion I then was on the moretolifethanshoes stand at the One Life Exhibition in Kensington Olympia. The theme of the show is inspiration, whether it be going travelling, moving abroad, setting up a business, getting fit – basically just full of ideas and seminars to get you thinking. Speaking to people there really highlighted to me how many people really don’t know what they want in their lives. I urge you to take time out to investigate what it is you would love to achieve and what you feel passionate about. Living an inspired life on track to your goals fills you with so much happiness, energy and satisfaction; it’s really worth taking time to make it happen.

I am giving another talk next week to a school as part of being an ambassador of Girls! Make Your Mark.

What’s next? Well my focus for this year is to plan a Create Yourself Day Seminar! It will be a day to really focus on you, you will learn valuable information about dressing to convey the real you, you’ll get to take time out to decide what you want and to learn strategies on how to make it happen. I intend it to really be the essence of Create Yourself; holistic (including image, fitness and coaching), fun, inspiring and motivating. I’ll keep you posted!!
