• Sit on the edge of a chair, step, or bench with your hands behind your back, slightly narrower than shoulder width, fingers facing forward.
• Extend your legs (the further out your legs are, the harder the movement).
• Bend your arms and slowly lower your body between the benches as far as comfortable.
• Hold this stretched position for a second.
• Straighten your arms and push yourself back up to the starting position.

Repeat for 8-10 reps, 2-3 sets or until fatigue.

You can add resistance to this exercise by placing a weight on your lap.

Tricep Pushups

• Kneel on the floor (you can also do these on your toes) and walk your hands out until your body forms a straight line from your head to your knees. Your hands should be directly beneath your shoulders, and your abs pulled in.
• Bending your elbows back so they stay close to your sides, slowly lower your chest toward the floor as far as you can comfortably go.
• Hold for a second, and then push yourself back up.

The key to isolating your triceps is to keep your arms glued to your sides; you can imagine your body is actually pushing your arms out of your way.
