Fancy updating your wardrobe?

Open in new windowBelts are really fashionable this season, the type that draws your waist in rather than worn on your jeans. So a new belt that you could wear over dresses, jumpers, shirts and even your winter coat would be a good investment.

Hats are popular and good for keeping warm in the winter! There are all types of ones out there so try and few on to see which suits you the most, look for berets and beanies which are probably the easiest and most casual to wear.

Bright colours are big for Autumn/Winter so you could update your look by buying some primary coloured shoes or a bag.

Long pendants or beads are an easy way to liven up a plain top; there are hundreds of different styles and colours out there. When going for a necklace have a look at your facial features, if you have more angular features then a pendant, creating a V will be best for you, but if you have softer more rounded features then a necklace will be best.

Make Up is also an easy way to update your look. There are lots of great products out there like shimmery highlighting creams (Benefit are good for this) and fantastic cream blushers (Stila/Mac) are a great way of making your face look fresh. Also experiment with some different coloured eye shadows from what you normally use, Mac, Stila and Urban Decay have lots of fun colours to try out! To bring out the colours in your eyes try using a colour opposite to them like orange for blue eyes and green or blue for brown eyes.

I love the trend for dresses at the moment but I am short and have big hips, it feels like none of them suit me. Are there any that will? There are two points here for you to consider, your height and your hips. You need to avoid any dresses that are going to drown you and make you look shorter, such as the maxi dress (that is the one down to the floor) or a dress with big over sized prints all over it.
