I never wear make up ...

Open in new windowI never wear make up, I’d like to but when I put it on I just feel like a little girl having raided her mother’s dressing table! How can I wear it and still look natural?

The trick to look natural is to pick make up tones that match you own skin tone perfectly and not to over apply. A light foundation or tinted moisturizer will even out your complexion with out looking caked and then just set it with a little loose powder evenly brushed on. Applying with a sponge can make it look heavier if you are not careful.

Blusher is a great way of achieving a healthy glow and if you pick the right shade it can just look like you have just got in from a lovely walk in the fresh air!

If you don’t naturally have dark eyelashes then a brown eye shadow will look more natural than a heavy black one. Brown eye shadow is also fantastic for bringing out the colour in blue or green eyes. In addition to this you could play around with a little eye shadow to really accentuate your eyes. Look for a light shadow that can cover the eye lids to add just a touch of colour then apply a tiny amount of a darker shade to the out corner of the lower lid and blend in – this really opens up the eyes.

Then just top all of this off with a clear or subtle colour lip gloss to add a finished touch with out looking really made up.

My training with Michael has been a real eye opener for me. He has encouraged me to push through my mental blocks, and paced our sessions to account for my individual needs, particularly with my running.

We all know that kids need to drink their milk. Milk, and other dairy products, is filled with important vitamins and minerals such as calcium and vitamin D. Consumption of these nutrients at an early age helps to build strong teeth and bones. But, what about those of us that no longer qualify as children, you know, us women who are say 29 years and 120 months; do we need to drink our milk? I decided to do some research and determine if there are any benefits to getting a daily dose of dairy.
