Louise is a fully trained Image Consultant and New Insight's Life Coach. She started off training to become an image consultant from a love of shopping, clothes and desire to really help people make the most of themselves. This passion without a doubt came from her mother's influence of advising her of the correct colours to wear from an early age, after having her own colours analysed!
Louise is dedicated to show people through colour and style how to really look their best all of the time and feel happy with themselves.
With image being so important in our society today, appearance is crucial and when making the first impression Louise doesn't want you to miss out on anything because you didn't convey the real you. Plus she believes when you feel great on the outside you build on your self confidence on the inside too.
Louise is also an affiliate member of the Federation of Image Consultants.
From her image consultancy Louise realised how much she loves
to help people feel great about themselves, see their self confidence grow and
to feel like she is really making a difference in people's lives. This lead
to Louise becoming a Life Coach to really help people set inspiring goals for
their future and to break down and eliminate anything that is stopping them
from achieving them. We are often held back by things that have happened to
us in the past and worry about the future but this can be changed. You only
have one life and Louise wants to ensure you make the most of it!! So anything
really is possible!

Louise was interviewed for City Talk Radio on the topic
of how there are a few more plus size models these days and if this demonstrates
that we are becoming more accepting of our body shapes:
It was nice to have someone to talk to who had a personal interest in me and how I feel, and would like to help me feel happier with my work.

Blog- Making it count: Inspiration from a biathlon novice
Thursday morning I got up early to ride my bike before heading off to the hills of South Dakota for a family camping trip. I actually bounded out of bed, excited to ride my first long ride at 5am. I grabbed a bottle of water and headed to the garage to get my bike, but when I got there, my helmet was sitting on the ground but there was no bike. It was gone. Gone! I couldnt believe it: someone had stolen my new bike.
