For as long as I can remember health fitness has been a big part of my life. Living a healthy lifestyle is as important as life itself. The process of working with my body as a method of developing myself has become the characteristic of forming my general outlook.

Fitness is a way of expression through the human body, helping us to fulfill our physical potential. What is the point of having a body if not using the potential it offers us?

Here, like everywhere else in nature, balance is the key. We need to develop a holistic approach to exercise. Incorporating the idea of healthy living into our lives, this, like a stepping stone, stepping us closer to knowing our true self and our true abilities.

What inspires me the most is the challenge to guide people in their effort to improve themselves and their way of life. I am pleased as a personal trainer I can share my experience with others.

Feedback

Think it has a really positive effect on general confidence and positivity in the workplace. Just taking time away from my desk to talk through any issues was really beneficial.

Building Powerful Legs at the gym for men

The Muscles: An Overview

Our legs are composed of several different muscle groups, but for the purposes of this sheet, we will focus on building the quadriceps (those big muscles in the front of the leg), the hamstrings (the large muscles in the back of the leg) and your calves (the muscles on the lower back half of the legs). The muscles of your legs are integral to most daily activities: walking, running, bending…really, any kind of full-body movement.
