I do not have time is the phrase that everyone says at some point in there life.

Due to the many ways aromatherapy can be applied, it can give us time to relax.

Sleep is most important to repair the body and give us energy for the next day. Sufficient and uninterrupted sleep is essential for relaxation.

A night blend before bedtime can soothe the mind and bring a peaceful deep sleep. Tailored aromas can help ease those that lay awake at night or suffer from early rising. Both these conditions can occur due to stress.

When you feel tired, stressed a warm bath can bring comfort. To enhance this relaxing of pastime a bath blend can be made for your special needs by an aromatherapist. A most common bath blend uses lavender to relax the muscle and mind.

Vaporising oils in the house is a subtle way of introducing a calming scent into your environment. A person’s home is often a refuge from the strife of life. By introducing oils into the home, this refuge can be a more welcoming and peaceful place.

Inhalations are generally thought to be used to clear congestion on the chest and in the nose. A five-minute inhalation of an uplifting essential oil after work can prepare you to enjoy your evening.

As the above shows, these small things can be introduced daily, weekly or monthly to unwind.

An example of a Personal Aromatherapy Day would go like this:

• Waking and having a healthy breakfast
• Vaporising your home with your favourite essential oils
• Reading, relaxing or doing a favourite hobby at home
• Going for walk or visiting a favourite location
• Inhaling a uplifting scent when you return home
• Cooking your favourite dish
• Watch a film or do a pleasurable evening pastime
• Prepare a warm therapeutic bath
• Use your night blend and drift to sleep…

Your aromatherapist can tailor the blends and your day to suit your needs.

Thank you so much for your help. I'm very pleased with the dress, which I think is just right. I would never have found a suitable outfit without you and the experience of looking by myself would have been disagreeable, whereas this afternoon was great.
