Wow, I really can't believe it's November already and Christmas is sneaking up on us!! I have spent the last few weeks working on plans for the future of Create Yourself. Michael and I are continually working on our brand, thinking what improvements we can make and services we can sell to be able to help you live a life you love even more. When running a business it is really important to be clear about what your niche is, what you really want to specialise in. Up until now my coaching as been fairly generalised with a constant element of building on peoples self confidence and belief in themselves.


I am now looking to specialise more in the area of relationships and also supporting people setting up their own business's. These are the areas of life I am most passionate about and therefore invest the most time researching and gaining new knowledge and understandings. Health and fitness could also be another area but I have the lovely Michael to take care of that side of things and feeling good about yourself through your image is already covered by my image consultantancy services! So look out for some more focused reports and other new products looking at these certain areas. Throughout it all building self confidence will still always be a key theme as it effects all areas of our lives and is one of the main obstacles that hold us back.

Our newly improved day seminar is coming up soon on 6th December in My Hotel Bloomsbury. It will be a great chance to become focused on your goals for what you want to achieve in the New Year and to tackle anything now that might hold you back achieving them. Michael will be there throughout the day to make sure we are all energised and will be giving us some valuable advice on how to keep healthy even if you don't have much time for exercise. If you are coming please bring some clothes you never wear and we will have some fun doing a clothing swap. It will be a fun day and you'll learn lots of great ways build on yourself confidence.
