Behind the scenes ... |

| Hiya all! Its been a crazy month behind the scenes at Create, so much has been going on and now its time to chat about it. Oh the many hats one must wear as the co-owner of a small business. One must be an expert in their field along with an expert in marketing, design, out sourcing, customer service, finance and IT etc, etc.
Im happy to say Creates website has had an overhaul, weve cleaned up the main page and simplified the menu options and we hope you can enjoy the site even more now. Weve joined the true multimedia club and added a podcast which well update monthly with loads of exciting news from Create Towers. Even the newsletter has a new look and feel (but you dont know that yet as its not been released!) Ive also been working on a web based documentary to diarise the training program of a visually impaired client of mine who is going to undertake the London 2009 Marathon (this will be on line soon). On a more personal note, Create had its first seminar run by Louise and I was asked to speak about fitness. This was the first time Ive spoken I front of people (except for at weddings, but that doesnt count!) and for all but the first few minutes before I got up I wasnt nervous at all! That surprises me a little but hey, Im ready for the next one! I guess Im good at talking Maybe I need to work on keeping it interesting lol. In the training world its all about running at the moment, Ive been asked by my clients (or I slipped it in to their training program shhhh) to help out with their running gaols, which is amazing, its great to see so many people their health and fitness so seriously this year (my legs are taking a battering in the process, but thats my challenge). Bring on the 10k and half marathon! Now thats all from me for now, Ill see you all at the Nike 10k this Saturday in Wembley Stadium. After that I need to master the art of sleep, but that might have to wait a little while :) |
