Haymarket, South of France and some sad news this month

In August we run our first day seminar at the stunning Haymarket Hotel, Piccadilly London, which was a real success. The morning was spent setting goals, working through negative beliefs to create new ones and assessing our value systems in life. In the afternoon we looked at how important your image is and how to really convey the real you through what you wear. We also has a great talk from Michael on fitness and nutrition. The day really was all about creating yourself!! We will running one again before the end of the year and will keep you posted! If you are interested in going on the contact list for when we start selling tickets please do drop me a line from here.

I had a lovely well earned rest in the South of France to celebrate my uncles 70th birthday. He is a real inspiration to me, he has created his life so he retired early and lives in Mexico and Provence, making sure he takes an adventurous trip every year. Earlier this year he was in Peru visiting Machu Picchu and the Amazon.

August has also been a sad month with the death of my grandmother and someone very close to me moving to the other side of the world. It's hard to remember when you are in the midst of the pain of loss that acceptance really is the key. When you resist a loss it really drives you insane thinking "it shouldn't be this way" "it can't have happened" and so on.You have got to just be kind to your self and do what ever is right for you to get through the feelings of sadness. Also when someone dies remember to celebrate their life and focus on all the great things they experienced and gave to the world.

At the end of the session I felt very empowered and ready to make changes to my life. The steps were broken down by Louise and so felt very achievable

I once heard tale of lazy summer days spent lounging around the pool reading entertaining paperbacks. But, I’m pretty sure it’s just a fairytale. If you’re anything like me summers are even busier and more stressful that any other time of the year. And add trying to eat healthy with all the cookouts, parties and celebrations going on, well, now you’re talking pure fantasy. But it doesn’t have to be; with a little preparation you can eat quick, healthy, stress-free meals all summer long.
