Personally I have been preparing for the first Create Yourself Day Seminar to he held at the beginning of August. It's set to be a fun day with life coaching work in the morning and image and fitness talks in the afternoon. The seminar is now full but there will be another one planned soon so we will keep you posted.

Gay Pride hit the streets of London in July, I was there to support Clint Walters raise awareness and money to set up central London's 1st weekend 1 hour HIV testing clinic. The clinic is so important as if you come into contact with anyone with HIV the sooner you get emergency PEP treatment the higher the chance you have of not contracting the disease. It's shocking the amount of people who don't use protection still, I read in a magazine the other day that 75% of women between 22-30 years old don't insist on using a condom. It's like people only think it is a virus restricted to the gay community.

Please help us raise the money to set up the clinic by texting hiclinic to 84424 , the cost of the text is £1.50 and just over a £1 of that will go to the charity. Clint needs 50,000 texts to make it happen.

Also, John Demartini was over in the UK this month and I managed to catch him speak at the Hilton Metropole in London. One of the main things he spoke about was how was all have a genius inside us, it's just a case of unlocking it. Each and everyone of us has something we are passionate about and have more knowledge about than those around us. Instead of following career paths that we think we "should" do it's important to do something you love, something that you are passionate about. We will put all our time and energy into the things we love and that is where we will excel.

With the credit crunch and cost of living soaring it's a good opportunity to look at your beliefs around money. Rather worrying about it see this time as a chance to learn how you relate to it and to break any limiting ways of thinking about it that might be holding you back.
