I have recently found a new on-line toy I can�t seem to tear myself away from. It�s Yahoo Answers - it's my new obsession . I stumbled across it while researching a client question, signed up and now spend perhaps a little longer then I should answering questions on mass about Health & Fitness.

Yahoo! Answers to find the answer to millions of different questions.I am surprised with the volume of young teenagers asking about their weight, diets, diet pills and whether a diet of only green tea and an apple every few days will help them lose weight (honest question!). There does seem to be a lot of confusion about what works, what doesn�t and how to achieve the best six pack ever so I�m happy to share what I�ve learnt and experienced over the years with others.

Now I must go, I have questions to answer. Lol! Anyway, it's my obsession for now - I guess it's better then Facebook right?
