In this article we are going to cover what to do when you feel stopped and when something in your mind is holding you back from really going for it, how to get rid of it!

This is the third article in the life coaching series for people who have chosen not to have actual coaching sessions yet or just would like a reminder whilst having a break from being coached. I have included many of the exercises I use whilst coaching so you really get an experience of how it works. Please take time to work through the exercises to really get the benefit from them.
