Lesson 1: Getting Started to Make Changes in Your Life

This lesson is all about setting goals, very clear specific goals. Sometimes we might have a vague idea of what we want, for example “more money” but are not really clear on how we are going to do that and can easily take the very slow route of going all around the houses trying various things and might get there or might not. Having a very clear focused goal will make it very clear in our head what we want to achieve and how we are going to get it so then we know what we have to do to make it happen. We can set clear action steps of things to do to get there and we can look out for opportunities to help us. Our minds have something called a “reticular activating system” which basically means once we a focus in our minds we will look out into the world for anything that back its up, provided opportunities, matches it etc. An example is when you buy a new item of clothing or a car and then you see the same one everywhere! Because it’s at the front of your consciousness you start noticing it everywhere else!

Louise is always positive and inspiring, coaching is the perfect occupation for her! It’s obvious you really believe in what you’re doing and that comes across with your enthusiasm. I really enjoyed the whole thing.
