Lesson 2: Getting Organised to Achieve Your GoalsThis is the second article in the life coaching series for people who for what ever reason have chosen not to have actual coaching sessions yet or just would like a reminder whilst having a break from being coached. I have included many of the exercises I use whilst coaching so you really get an experience of how it works. Please take time to work through the exercises to really get the benefit from them.
In a one to one coaching session I would be there to probe deeper, to really question your thought processes and what you are saying to make sure we really get to the bottom of things and the truth. As different conversations and realisation come up I would be able to offer new exercises and action steps help you over come any limiting behaviour and move you towards your goal, we would create new positive ways of thinking. I will include as much as I can for you in the series of articles to come so you can get as much benefit as possible with out me actually being there.
