Free Goal Setting Audio Seminar

Sometimes we might have a vague idea of what we want, for example “more money” or a “better life”, but we are not really clear on how we’re going to do it and can easily take the very slow route of going all around the houses trying various things and might get there or might not. Having clear focused goal s will make it clear in our head what we want to achieve and how we are going to get it, so we know what we have to do to make it happen. We can set clear action steps of things to do to get there and we can look out for opportunities to help us.

Complete the following form and receive your free downloadable audio seminar and PDF on how to set successful goals and prevent them from failing now!

At the end of the session I felt very empowered and ready to make changes to my life. The steps were broken down by Louise and so felt very achievable

I need a new bikini, are there any shapes that are the more flattering than others?

Which bikini is most flattering all depends on your body shape. If you are below 5ft 5 then you probably don’t want to make yourself look any shorter so go for a higher cut bikini or swim suit, the short type bottom with shorten your legs. The string bikini bottoms are also good for this. Also if you are worried about your thighs again avoid the short type bottoms with will make them look wider.
