A workout in your own home If you'd like to exercise at home but either don't have a lot of equipment or aren't sure how to use what you have, in-home personal training is an excellent choice. Create Personal Fitness can show you exactly how to use what you have to get the best workout for you or we can bring our own equipment to give you a great workout. We can also make recommendations for equipment that will help you reach your goals. A workout in our private East London Studio Our Private Studio is dedicated exclusively to helping you achieve your goals during your exclusive, one-on-one training sessions. It's just you and your trainer, with no distractions to interrupt you or interfere with your progress. This means you are able to concentrate on the individually-tailored workout created for you, based on your needs and goals. We stay with you every step of the way - demonstrating movements, inspiring you, answering your questions, monitoring your progress, and adjusting your workout as your needs change and your abilities grow. A workout in a park our garden near you Outdoors is a great space for a workout and it is a great solution for you if you prefer working out outdoors instead of a gym or in your home. You can enjoy the sunshine as well as getting the full benefits of your regular workout routine in a park with your trainer and program designed especially this way. You can get your cardiovascular exercise by running, biking, jogging, and getting your cardio exercise outdoors! As well as getting all the benefits of the indoor exercises you do with weights to target specific muscle groups - all performed in the fresh open air! We'll bring all the equipment you need. Training for a Sport or Event You may be training for a 5k, 10k or marathon, or some other type of sport or event, an experienced trainer can help you figure out what you need to do to stay strong without taking away from your other training. Create Personal Fitness can also help create a training program and map out a plan for the coming event. So you'll know you're on track, injury free and about to hit your goals. All you'll need to worry about is turning up to your event! Just some ideas Do you feel you just need a gentle push in the right direction and then you're on your way? We can check your health, chat about your goals then write a program especially for you. You can take this away and train at your leisure by yourself or with a friend.
