Your trainer will also need to discuss your medical history to ensure you are fit for exercise, this is a common sense discussion based on simple and non intrusive questions and designed to ensure you work within your own personal health boundaries.

He or she will also need to know your weight and measurements and what equipment you have available to work with.

Based on the results and including your goals, a personalised program will be designed for you. Your trainer will send you new programs on a regular basis, offer you suggestions and examples to ensure you are making the most of ever exercise moment. You will need to keep your trainer up to date with your progress, which will be logged against your health and fitness profile.

Your trainer will be there for you every step of the way to offer motivation, assist with exercises, diet and just about any other health and fitness related query you might have. You will have your trainer for the life of your program (unless you want to change of course) - they will develop the prefect program for you and constantly tweak it to meet your needs along the way.
