Membership / Session Cancellations, No show

Monthly subscriptions (membership) can be suspended or cancelled at any stage; you must however notify us in writing with seven days notice of the date you wish to suspend or cancel your subscription. Trainer cancellations

Your trainer will make ever effort to fit in around your schedule, in the unlikely event your trainer needs to cancel your training session (within 24 hours or less) you will receive a refund plus an additional training session for free.

Refunds

Refunds will be made for any unused membership once cancelled. Refunds can also be made for session cancellations providing the appropriate amount of notice has been given as lighted above. Less a £5 administration fee.
