I liked the way the sessions were always tailored to me, whatever we were doing that week there was time to talk other stuff through and help keep me on track. I have felt really supported the whole way through.

Now where were we? Oh yes, the next target to aim for.

Now where were we? Oh yes, the next target to aim for (obviously this is meant metaphorically as I would definitely miss any real target with a crossbow or bow and arrow because of my visual problem, but hey I would have a lot of fun trying). 4 miles seemed a reasonable target to reach, after all I had already accomplished 3 and half miles and all I had to do was a teeny weeny little bit more. I told Michael not to mention the amount of miles we had run; I didn't want to focus on anything but the running. Any distraction like being aware of the mileage might have affected me mentally, encouraged me to slow down.
