The Muscles: An Overview


Your back is probably the most under appreciated muscle group in your whole body. Since we aren’t bombarded with images of our own backs, we often forget to take the time to work it. But the muscles of your back support your entire upper body and if it’s weak or in some other way compromised so are you. If you’ve ever had a back injury you know what I’m talking about. Further, strength training your back muscles will add muscle mass to your upper body, which aids in creating that upside down triangle look making your waist look smaller.
