It's a widely recognised and proven fact that your image plays a huge part in what people think of you when they meet you for the first time and what assumptions they make of you.

On meeting someone for the first time, what ever the circumstances, statistics show that your image is 55% of what matters most, followed by 38% being how you speak and then only 7% is the content of what you actually say!

I never thought that I could run for more than a city block, but on our 3rd outdoors training session I had run 5k before I knew it. I got a real rush of positivity knowing that I had run that far and I'm now actually looking forward to our next run!

Men's fashion Spring/Summer 2008

I'm afraid to say it guys but fashion has not really changed all that much over the past year. Skinny jeans or straight leg trousers worn with plimsole's or lace ups are still in, as well as tailoring. Bright colours are still lining the shelves and blazers and cardigans are continuing to be popular. One thing I have noticed it with the hair, styles seem to be getting bigger and longer on top so if you have been cutting off a thick head full of hair now might be the time to experiment! Styles are from the rockabilly quiff to smoother styles where the hair is swept across the face.
